About

I am a full-stack engineer with 5+ years of professional experience, mostly leaning frontend. At Verizon, I served as technical development lead on the modernization of the IAM/SSO login platform — migrating it from a single monolithic build to a modular, code-split system across 8 authentication flows serving 100M+ customers, cutting per-flow payloads to roughly 350KB and landing consistent page loads of 300–500ms. Alongside that, I worked across the Java/Spring Boot microservices behind the platform, built a feature-flags API used to control rollouts, and contributed to the architecture of the 2FA backend. Before Verizon, I did freelance web development for a range of clients.

I have grown into a role that is as much about people as code: reviewing and mentoring across a 10+ person onshore/offshore team, and acting as the engineering-side liaison to our program manager on releases spanning 25+ developers. I still care a lot about the fundamentals — clean architecture, fast pages, CI/CD that does not get in your way — and spend time outside of work exploring new tools like Astro to stay sharp underneath whatever framework is trendy that year.
